Responsibility is limited to carrying out the defined procedure and recording the result. Any deviations from the company operating procedures are referred to others for action.

This unit deals with the following:

  • Preparation for commissioning
  • Checking equipment and conditions
  • Identifying the water treatment equipment
  • Carrying out commissioning safely
  • Recording operations

During this work the learner must take account of the relevant worksite operational requirements, procedures and safe working practices as they apply to the learner.
